onsemi is seeking an Equipment Maintenance Technician - Photolithography for its 200mm facility in Gresham, Oregon. The role focuses on sustaining and improving semiconductor tooling in the Photolithography area with preventive, corrective, and diagnostic maintenance.

This Sr. Tech position for Front End shift runs 1 pm to 1 am, with 15% night-shift premium; experience with ASML PAS5500 and related tracks is highly valued for tool reliability and uptime.

Qualificações

• Eight or more years as an equipment maintenance technician in semiconductor manufacturing or similar high-technology environment.
• Hands-on maintenance with photolithography platforms, preferably ASML PAS5500 or similar.
• Ability to read electrical/mechanical diagrams and perform methodical troubleshooting.

Responsabilidades

• Perform preventive and corrective maintenance, calibration, and diagnostics per procedures.
• Diagnose electrical, mechanical, pneumatic, robotic, vacuum, and control-system issues.
• Document maintenance, parts usage, and shift passdowns; support safety and cleanroom rules.
• Provide technical guidance and training to other technicians as qualified.
