Lm Services Corporation is seeking a capable supervisor for the Photography Department to lead the team and enhance guest experiences at Union Station. You will assist with scheduling, displays, and ensuring top service standards.

Strong leadership and communication skills are essential to motivate staff and maintain high guest satisfaction. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and a proactive, creative problem-solver mindset will help drive operational excellence in a dynamic environment.

Qualifications

• One to two years in a supervisory role, ideally in the tourism or hospitality related industry.
• Experience supervising teams preferred.
• Exceptional leadership skills and proven experience.
• Excellent verbal and communication skills.
• Strong listening, presentation and decision-making skills.
• Commercial understanding and the ability to anticipate guests’ needs.
• Technically minded and proficient in Microsoft Office Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint and Word.
• Creative problem solver who thrives when presented with a challenge.
• Energetic and eager to tackle new projects and ideas.

Responsabilités

• Supervise and lead the photography team to deliver memorable guest experiences.
• Assist in staff scheduling and ensure department coverage.
• Monitor guest flow and ensure a safe, enjoyable journey.
• Maintain clean, safe back-of-house and counter areas.
• Collaborate with departments to enhance end-to-end guest experience.
• Respond to guest inquiries via email, phone, and issue lists.
• Manage photography-related equipment and POS systems from hardware/software perspective.
