Job summary

CADY is seeking a Shift Manager to help lead day-to-day operations of photography teams and ensure successful studio and event photography execution. Responsibilities include coaching, inventory management, and coordinating with other departments on event details.

The role supports the Photography Operations team and emphasizes reliable communication, organization, and a commitment to delivering an exceptional customer experience within a dynamic studio environment.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• High School diploma or equivalent required.
• Must pass a satisfactory background check.
• Expertise in all CADY photography product lines.
• Able to work a flexible schedule and adapt to last-minute changes.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to prioritize tasks efficiently.

Responsibilities

• Ensure details, equipment, and resources are ready for event photography.
• Lead and support weekly training sessions.
• Manage studio inventory (camera equipment, vans, stands, cords, dressing materials, etc.).
• Coach and direct hourly photography team members in both studio and event work.
• Assist the Photography Operations Manager with administrative tasks as needed.
• Maintain safe, clean studio and equipment areas.
• Document event or team member issues and support recruiting as needed.
