Job summary

Lifetouch is seeking a District Support Assistant Studio Manager to support the District Sales Manager in operating portrait studios in a host environment. The role involves working in studios to ensure coverage or acting as Temp. Studio Manager to meet and exceed goals.

You will assist with training, customer service, and day-to-day operations while helping grow studio performance and staff development across multiple locations. Strong photography and sales skills are essential.

• Ability to manage multiple priorities.
• Must be at least 18 years old and able to work a varied schedule including days, nights, holidays and weekends.

Responsibilities

• Provide remarkable customer service throughout the photographic, sales and delivery experience.
• Assist Studio Manager with new hire training to build a high-performing team.
• Help manage labor, schedule adjustments, and local studio marketing efforts to grow the business.
• Provide feedback to Studio Manager based on observations of team members and adherence to processes.
• Fulfill duties of temporary assignments as needed.
