Job summary

The RealReal, Inc. in Phoenix, AZ is seeking an Assistant Production Manager, Photography to oversee the Photography team’s development and productivity, and to manage the day-to-day photo studio, consignor and customer experiences.

Qualifications

• 2+ years leading a diverse team (non-exempt preferred).
• Proven ability to develop high-performing teams in a metrics-driven environment.
• Strong business judgment, fact-based decision making, and problem-solving skills.
• Drive to achieve results both individually and as a team.
• Excellent attention to detail and organization skills.
• Strong written and verbal communication, with executive presence.

Responsibilities

• Create and populate teams and individuals productivity trackers.
• Maintain teams master tracker.
• Complete department payroll.
• Track team’s attendance and scheduling.
• Maintain positive team culture.
• Attend all photography production meetings.
• Assist with onboarding new hires and disciplinary measures.
• Lead trainings and weekly production meetings.
• Build monthly individual trackers.
• Oversee master employee logs.
