Job summary

Williams-Sonoma, Inc. is seeking a Photo Studio Supervisor to lead the Rejuvenation photography team. You will direct daily studio operations, manage production schedules, and ensure assets are produced on time with high quality.

You’ll partner with producers, art directors, photographers, stylists, and cross-functional partners to align priorities and maintain efficient workflows. You will stay close to the floor, remove roadblocks, and guide coordinators and assistants.

Qualifications

Experience leading a studio or production team in a fast-paced creative environment.
Strong organizational and time management skills with the ability to prioritize.
Excellent communication and collaboration across cross-functional partners.
Demonstrated problem solving and proactive issue resolution.
Comfort with hands-on leadership on the studio floor.

Responsibilities

Oversee day-to-day studio production, ensuring shoots are prepared, organized, and on schedule.
Directly manage, train, and support coordinators, assistants, and freelancers.
Build and maintain production schedules, staffing plans, and shot lists.
Capture production metrics and use data to improve scheduling and efficiency.
Collaborate with producers, art directors, photographers, stylists, and cross-functional teams.
