Job summary

The RealReal is seeking an Assistant Manager Fulfillment in Phoenix, AZ to lead a team of 1–2 Leads and up to 50 warehouse technicians in a fast-paced, production-driven environment. You will drive daily operations, define SLAs, track KPIs, and implement policies to improve productivity while ensuring safety and regulatory compliance.

You’ll coach staff, conduct performance reviews, and collaborate with cross-divisional teams to align on strategic goals.

Qualifications

• 3+ years leading and managing a team of 20+ in a warehouse setting.
• Ability to drive productivity, set standards, and coach staff.
• Strong communication and cross-functional collaboration skills.

Responsibilities

• Manage daily operations to maximize productivity and meet daily goals.
• Oversee outbound fulfillment including picking, packing, inventory, and dock activities.
• Lead up to 50 warehouse technicians and ensure safety and policy compliance.
• Define SLAs/KPIs, track metrics, and drive continuous improvement.
• Coach staff, conduct performance reviews, and manage staffing plans.
