Job summary

The RealReal, Inc. is seeking a Photography Production Assistant to capture high-quality images of consignments for listing on our platform.

This role supports the Authentication Centers, photographing items from designer clothing to fine jewelry and watches, ensuring accurate presentation and condition documentation. You will work in a fast-paced studio, dressing mannequins, handling merchandise, and meeting hourly and daily quotas.

Qualifications

• 6+ months of experience in a warehouse production environment.
• Proven ability to excel in a high-volume, repetitive, quota-driven environment.
• Self-motivation and a drive to achieve results.
• Exceptional attention to detail and organization skills.
• Adaptability and openness to change.
• Ability to regularly lift and move up to 25 pounds (mannequins, product).
• Ability to stand for a minimum of 8 hours.
• Ability to read and write in English.
• Ability to work weekends as needed.

Responsibilities

• Ensure product is handled to the highest quality standards.
• Dress a mannequin quickly and efficiently, per TRR styling guidelines.
• Take photos of the mannequin from different angles using a remote control (camera settings pre-programmed).
• Achieve hourly and daily quota requirements.
• Assist with movement of physical product through the studio.
• Maintain an organized and tidy workspace.
• Other duties as assigned.
• This role is in a studio with flashing lights and multiple screens; may be triggering for photosensitivity.
