Job summary

The RealReal is seeking a warehouse associate for the photo department in a fast-paced facility in Phoenix. You will distribute product to the photography team, sort and stage items, and ensure accurate ticketing and pipeline flow to keep photographers productive.

You will steam and prep photo-ready items, unpack transfers, and support daily processing strategies with management. Work requires lifting up to 25 pounds and standing for extended periods, with strong English communication throughout.

Qualifications

• Proven ability to excel in a high-volume, repetitive, quota-driven environment.
• Self-motivation and a drive to achieve results.
• Able to work as part of a team and communicate professionally with others.
• Exceptional attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Experience in a warehouse production environment (6+ months).
• Ability to lift up to 25 pounds and stand for up to 8 hours.
• Able to read and write in English.

Responsibilities

• Distribute product to photography team and departments.
• Ensure product is sorted, staged, scanned through pipeline.
• Ensure warehouse tickets are accurate and match product.
• Steam and prep photo-ready product for photographers.
• Unpack and scan units transferred from other centers.
• Support daily processing strategy with Photography management.
• Perform end-of-day floor scans and weekly queue audits.
