Job summary

Miami Dolphins Stadium is seeking a Digital Asset Coordinator to join the Photography Department. You will manage the DAM platform, organize assets, and support live editing for home/away games, the Miami Open, Formula 1 Miami Grand Prix, and Hard Rock Stadium events.

The role involves coordinating with freelance editors, handling metadata, and ensuring asset quality across multiple properties while meeting tight deadlines and event schedules.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Photography, Design, or a related field preferred.
• Experience using PhotoMechanic, Lightroom, Camera RAW, and/or PhotoShelter.
• Ability to work independently while contributing to a collaborative team.
• Familiarity with the principles of photography.
• Familiarity with Microsoft Office and Adobe Creative Suite.
• Strong organizational, communication, and leadership skills.
• Ability to work flexible hours, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
• Ability to perform the physical requirements of the position, including lifting up to 35 pounds and working outdoors.

Responsibilities

• Oversee, audit, and update the Digital Asset Management platform to keep assets current.
• Receive and deliver all incoming photography submissions from freelance photographers via DAM.
• Live edit photography across multiple properties and events (Dolphins, Miami Open, F1 Miami GP, Hard Rock Stadium concerts).
• Coordinate with freelance editing teams to ensure standards and quality across all photography for stadium events.
• Assist in metadata, editing, and uploading assets to the Associated Press (AP).
• Assist with applying proper metadata on photography from games, events, and assets.
• Perform additional duties as assigned.
