Top of the Rock is seeking a Photo Team Lead to oversee daily photography operations at Ozarks Heritage Preserve in Ridgedale, MO. You will lead a team of photographers, coach staff, and ensure exceptional guest experiences in a full-time on-site role.

The ideal candidate will have leadership experience and a background in photography or guest services, with the ability to motivate and manage a busy, guest-focused environment.

Qualifications

• Prior leadership or supervisory experience preferred.
• Strong customer service and communication skills.
• Photography, sales, or guest experience background preferred.
• Ability to motivate, coach, and develop others.
• Strong organizational and problem-solving skills.
• Flexible schedule with open availability, including weekends and holidays.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, guest-focused environment.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and support the daily activities of the photography team.
• Create memorable photo experiences for guests.
• Coach, train, and develop team members.
• Assist with scheduling, staffing, and daily operational needs.
• Ensure photo stations and equipment are organized and ready for use.
• Maintain high standards of guest service and professionalism.
• Collaborate with leadership and operations teams to support business goals.
• Monitor team performance and provide ongoing feedback.
