The Dollywood Company is seeking a Photography Team Lead for Dollywood Theme Park. This full-time seasonal role leads daily photo operations, trains and develops Hosts, and ensures top guest experiences while meeting safety and policy standards.

The team leader will manage photo sales, equipment maintenance, and cross-functional collaboration with park leadership to continually improve service delivery and revenue targets.

Competenze

• High school diploma or equivalent is required.
• Basic computer skills are required.
• Previous photography experience is preferred but not required.
• Strong motivational and servant leadership skills.
• Ability to adapt to changes in policies and procedures.
• Background screening and pre-employment drug screening required.

• Manages daily photography operations to meet revenue, guest experience and host satisfaction goals.
• Leads front-line hosts using Lead with Love to ensure teamwork and smooth daily operations.
• Develops hosts through training, coaching, growth opportunities and positive discipline.
• Oversees photo-specific competencies including photography, sales, guest relations, and basic tech maintenance.

• Ensures PCI-compliant handling of customer payment information and cash flow records.
