Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Leadership, supervisory, or team lead experience preferred.
• Hospitality, attractions, guest services, retail, or admissions experience preferred.
• Strong communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications.

Responsibilities

• Lead, coach, and support a team of 20+ team members.
• Ensure outstanding guest service and efficient daily operations.
• Assist with staffing, scheduling, and team coverage.
• Support admissions, cashiering, membership programs, and daily reporting.
• Help manage crowd flow, wayfinding, guest inquiries, and issue resolution.
• Maintain safety, compliance, and operational standards.
• Assist Operations Managers with administrative and operational tasks.
