Top of the Rock in Ridgedale, MO is seeking an Operations Lead to help create exceptional guest experiences while supporting daily operations of one of the Ozarks' premier attractions. This hands-on leadership role oversees frontline teams, assists with staffing, scheduling, and reporting, and ensures safety, compliance, and a welcoming environment for guests and teammates.

This role focuses on coaching 20+ staff, maintaining operations and guest flow, and partnering with management to uphold

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Leadership or supervisory experience preferred.
• Hospitality or guest services background preferred.

What You'll Do

What We're Looking For

• Strong communication, problem‑solving, and organizational skills
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications
• Ability to work a flexible schedule including weekends, holidays, evenings, and occasional overtime
