Job summary

Top of the Rock in Ridgedale, MO is seeking a Photo Team Lead to oversee daily photo operations at the Ozarks Heritage Preserve and to lead a team of photographers while delivering exceptional guest service.

You will coach staff, manage scheduling, and ensure equipment and stations are prepared to create memorable guest moments in a scenic Ozarks setting.

Qualifications

• Previous leadership or supervisory experience is preferred.
• Strong guest service mindset and communication skills.
• Background in photography, sales, or guest experiences is a plus.
• Ability to motivate, coach, and develop others.

As the Photo Team Lead, you’ll lead a team of photographers, support daily operations, coach team members, and create memorable guest experiences at one of the region’s most unique attractions.

About Ozarks Heritage Preserve

The Ozarks Heritage Preserve includes the Lost Canyon Cave Trail and the Ancient Ozarks Natural History Museum.
