Job summary

Stanley 1913 is hiring a Photo Studio Operations Manager in Seattle to drive end-to-end production for a fast-paced studio. You’ll oversee schedules, staffing, budgets, and workflows, partnering with producers and leadership to forecast capacity and meet deadlines.

The role focuses on configuring the Creative Force platform, ensuring data integrity, and enabling scalable studio operations through API integrations and collaboration with Bynder. AI-enabled process improvements are encouraged.

Qualifications

• 4–6 years of experience in studio operations, creative operations, or production systems within an e-commerce or creative environment.
• Strong systems thinker with the ability to design, improve, and scale workflows.
• Highly organized with exceptional attention to detail and process discipline.
• Comfortable working with project and production management systems such as Asana and Creative Force.
• Proficient in managing large volumes of data and using advanced Excel functions.

Responsibilities

• Create and manage daily and weekly production schedules for photographers and editors, aligning resources with volume and capacity.
• Partner with production and creative leads to ensure staffing and resources are aligned for projects.
• Manage studio invoicing and budget; oversee resources, equipment, and workflows.
• Establish standards for how work is requested, tracked, executed, and delivered.
• Balance competing priorities across high-volume production and bespoke projects; ensure quality and timelines.
• Troubleshoot issues related to PDP assets and sample availability with the Creative Sample Coordinator.
• Design and maintain operational processes that support high-volume output.
• Identify friction points and implement scalable solutions within the studio.
