Job summary

Gap Inc. is seeking a Photo Studio Production Manager to oversee scheduling and production for the In-House Photo Studio. You will coordinate studio space, on-set teams, and set crews while ensuring adherence to budget guidelines.

You will lead talent sourcing, manage bookings, and optimize workflow to support Brand and Creative needs across multiple Gap Inc. brands. This role requires strong leadership and budgeting skills in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Strong leadership and project management required.
• Experience forecasting budgets and managing studio production workflows.
• Excellent written and verbal communication with internal and external partners.

Responsibilities

• Manage and schedule photography booking requests for all Gap Inc. brands and shoots.
• Execute studio production within defined budget parameters and timelines.
• Design and curate photo teams to support Creative and Brand needs.
• Source and coordinate talent such as Photographers, Photo Assistants, and Stylists.
• Forecast and manage budgets for all photo shoots, including invoicing and talent payments.
