Stanley 1913 seeks a Photo Studio Operations Manager to drive the end-to-end execution of high-volume creative production across the studio. You will align people, processes, and systems to meet production demand efficiently while maintaining quality and turnaround times.

You will own workflows in Creative Force, ensure data integrity across product data, and collaborate with internal system owners to support API integrations.

Qualifications

• 4-6 years of studio operations, creative operations, or production systems experience.
• Strong systems thinker with ability to design, improve, and scale workflows.
• Highly organized with exceptional attention to detail and process discipline.
• Experience with capacity planning and resource management.

Responsibilities

• Create and manage daily/weekly production schedules for photographers and editors.
• Manage studio invoicing and budget.
• Establish clear standards for work requests, tracking, and delivery.
• Balance high-volume production with bespoke projects to meet quality and timelines.
• Ensure clear communication of schedules and priorities across stakeholders.
• Troubleshoot issues related to assets and sample availability with relevant teams.
• Design and maintain operational processes to support high-volume output.
• Identify friction points and implement scalable solutions.
