Job summary

G/FORE is seeking a Photo Studio Manager to lead the photo studio team responsible for all photography and video production across eCommerce, digital marketing, wholesale, and print. You will cultivate best practices, scalable workflows, and ensure projects are delivered on time and within budget, partnering with Production, Marketing, Merchandising, Design, and eCommerce.

The role requires strong leadership, budgeting, vendor management, and the ability to manage model casting.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Arts or Business or similar required.
• Proven experience managing a photo studio or high-volume production.
• Experience building production workflows and budgets.

Responsibilities

• Lead day-to-day operations of the photo studio across multiple workstreams.
• Establish production calendars, timelines, and priorities.
• Manage resources, vendor relationships, and casting.
• Lead contract negotiations for models and freelancers.
• Oversee SOWs, NDAs and Professional Service Agreements.
• Coordinate shoots with Marketing, Sales and Merchandising.
