Job summary

Walgreens is seeking a Photo Specialist to deliver expert photo services, digital passport photos, and full-service checkout support. You will own the photo department operations, manage inventory, process transactions, and promote photo products to meet customer needs.

You’ll greet customers warmly, collaborate with teammates, and maintain a clean, safe, and well-merchandised store environment while supporting FedEx, Western Union, and other services.

Qualifications

• Must be fluent in reading, writing, and speaking English.
• Willingness to work flexible schedule, including evenings and weekend hours.

Responsibilities

• Delivers courteous, friendly, accurate, and efficient service in the photo department.
• Processes customer transactions accurately, including purchases, returns, refunds, exchanges, and rain checks.
• Owns the inventory, supplies, organization, and operational readiness of the photo department.
• Supports photo department merchandising, promotions, and display maintenance.
• Provides customer support for services including FedEx and Western Union.
• Maintains photo equipment and uses store systems to support daily operations.
• Keeps the photo department clean, safe, and well-merchandised.
• Collaborates with team members and cross-trains staff for continuity.
• Follows policies and asset protection standards to ensure a secure environment.
