Job summary

Walgreens is seeking a Photo Specialist to deliver a distinctive customer experience through expert photo services, digital passport photos, and support for transactions at the checkout. The role includes inventory ownership of the photo department, keeping supplies stocked, and ensuring product availability to meet customer needs.

You will support merchandising, maintain a clean, safe environment, and collaborate with teammates to hit operational goals.

Qualifications

• Must be fluent in reading, writing, and speaking English.
• Willingness to work flexible schedule, including evenings and weekend hours.
• Six months of experience in a retail environment (preferred).
• Prior experience with Walgreens (preferred).

Responsibilities

• Engages customers and patients at the photo counter with warmth and purpose, offering personalized products and services.
• Takes ownership of customer concerns, resolving issues and ensuring a positive experience.
• Delivers courteous, accurate, and efficient service in the photo department, including digital passport photo services and promotion of photo products.
• Recommends products, services, upgrades, and companion items to meet customer needs and drive sales.
• Processes transactions accurately, including purchases, returns, refunds, exchanges, and rain checks, with proper cash handling.
