Qualifications

• Must be fluent in reading, writing, and speaking English.
• Requires willingness to work flexible schedule, including evenings and weekend hours.
• Prefer six months of experience in a retail environment.
• Prefer to have prior work experience with Walgreens.

Responsibilities

• Delivers a distinctive and delightful customer experience by providing expert photo services and support for customer service transactions.
• Owns the inventory, organization, and operational readiness of the photo department and monitors inventory levels.
• Promotes photo products and services and assists customers at checkout registers.
• Processes transactions, returns, refunds, exchanges, and rain checks with cash handling.
• Supports merchandising initiatives and maintains a clean, safe, and customer-focused environment.
• Delivers photo services including digital passport photos and online order fulfillment.
• Supports service offerings such as FedEx and Western Union and compliance with policies.
