Job summary

Walgreens is seeking an attentive Photo Specialist to deliver a distinctive customer experience by providing expert photo services, digital passport photos, and support for service transactions at the photo counter.

You will own the photo department's inventory, maintain supplies, assist at checkout, promote photo products, and collaborate with teammates to keep the area clean, safe, and aligned with store standards while helping drive sales.

Qualifications

• Must be fluent in reading, writing, and speaking English.
• Willingness to work flexible schedule, including evenings and weekend hours.

Responsibilities

• Provide courteous, friendly, accurate, and efficient service in the photo department.
• Recommend products and drive sales opportunities.
• Process customer transactions accurately and handle returns/refunds.
• Manage inventory, supplies, organization of the photo department.
• Support photo and other departments with merchandising and promotions.
• Maintain photo equipment and use store systems to troubleshoot.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and well-merchandised photo department.
• Collaborate with team and participate in training and cross-training.
• Follow company policies and asset protection standards.
• Attend training and complete e-Learnings.
