Job summary

Walgreens is seeking a Photo Specialist to deliver expert photo services, digital passport photos, and support for customer service transactions. You will own the photo department's inventory, organize supplies, and ensure product availability to meet customer needs while promoting photo products and services at the checkout.

You will engage customers with warmth, provide personalized solutions, and help drive sales through recommend-ups and merchandizing.

Responsibilities

• Engages customers and patients at the photo counter with warmth and purpose by greeting them and identifying needs to provide personalized products and services.
• Models and reinforces customer-obsessed behaviors and service best practices to deliver a distinctive customer experience.
• Delivers courteous, accurate, and efficient service in the photo department, including digital passport photo services and promotion of photo products.
• Recommends products, services, upgrades, and companion items to meet customer needs and drive sales.
• Processes customer transactions accurately, including purchases, returns, refunds, exchanges, and rain checks, with proper cash handling.
• Owns photo department inventory, supplies, and organization, monitoring levels and maintaining readiness.
• Fulfills photo, online, and web pickup orders timely and accurately.
• Provides customer support for services like FedEx and Western Union, ensuring policy compliance.
• Maintains photo equipment and uses store systems to troubleshoot and deliver quality results.
• Maintains a clean, well-merchandised photo area and supports merchandising initiatives.
• Supports cross-training and coverage for photo operations when needed.
• Follows company policies, asset protection standards, and regulatory requirements.
• Collaborates with team members and completes additional assignments to support business objectives.
