Job summary

Walgreens is seeking a Photo Specialist to deliver a distinctive customer experience through expert photo services, including digital passport photos, and support for transactions and online order fulfillment. You will own the photo department’s inventory, maintain supplies, and ensure product availability while promoting photo products and services.

You will process transactions, assist at the checkout, support merchandising initiatives, and collaborate with team members to keep the store

Qualifications

• Fluent in reading, writing and speaking English (as stated in basic qualifications).
• Able to work flexible schedule including evenings and weekends.

Responsibilities

• Deliver courteous, accurate service at the photo counter and assist with digital passport photo services.
• Maintain inventory and organize the photo department for readiness and product availability.
• Process transactions accurately with cash handling and returns, refunds, or exchanges.
• Support merchandising, displays, and seasonal setups to ensure a neat, safe, and customer-focused environment.
• Collaborate with team members and participate in cross-training to cover during absences or peak times.
