Job summary

Walgreens photo department is seeking a team member to deliver expert photo services, digital passport photos, and support for customer transactions. You will own inventory readiness, promote photo products, and assist customers at checkout while maintaining a clean, safe department aligned with store standards.

The role supports merchandising, collaborates with teammates, and helps cover shifts to ensure smooth operations and excellent customer care.

Qualifications

• Must be fluent in reading, writing, and speaking English.
• Willingness to work flexible schedule, including evenings and weekends.
• Prefer six months of experience in a retail environment.
• Prefer prior Walgreens experience.

Responsibilities

• Delivers a distinctive customer experience at the photo counter, assisting with services and transactions.
• Screens and answers questions to ensure a positive, seamless experience.
• Processes customer transactions accurately, including purchases, returns, refunds, and exchanges.
• Maintains photo department inventory and cleanliness, and promotes photo products and services.
• Supports cross-training and helps cover shifts to maintain operations.
