Job summary

Qualifications

• Must be fluent in reading, writing, and speaking English.
• Requires willingness to work flexible schedule, including evenings and weekend hours.
• Prefer six months of experience in a retail environment.
• Prior experience with Walgreens is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Engages customers at the photo counter with warmth and purpose and resolves questions to ensure a positive experience.
• Recommends products and upgrades to meet customer needs and drive sales opportunities.
• Processes transactions accurately including purchases, returns, refunds, and exchanges.
• Maintains inventory and readiness of the photo department and supports merchandising.
• Operates store systems and keeps equipment well-maintained for daily operations.
