Qualifications

• Delivers courteous, accurate, and efficient service in the photo department and promotes photo services.
• Recommends products, services, upgrades, and companion items to meet customer needs.
• Processes transactions accurately, including purchases, returns, refunds, exchanges, and rain checks.
• Owns inventory, supplies, organization, and operational readiness of the photo department.
• Supports merchandising and displays, and collaborates with teams for continuity.
• Follows policies and maintains a safe, clean environment.
