Job summary

Walgreens is seeking a Photo Specialist to deliver exceptional customer experiences with expert photo services, passport photos, and support for transactions at checkout. You will own the photo department's inventory, organize supplies, monitor stock, and ensure product availability to meet customer demand.

The role includes driving sales through recommendations and maintaining a clean, compliant, and well-merchandised store environment.

Qualifications

• Must be fluent in reading, writing, and speaking English.
• Willingness to work flexible schedule, including evenings and weekend hours.
• Prefer six months of experience in a retail environment.
• Prefer to have prior work experience with Walgreens.

Responsibilities

• Engages customers and patients at the photo counter with warmth and purpose, personalizing products and services.
• Models customer-obsessed behaviors and service best practices to deliver a distinctive experience across the team.
• Delivers courteous, accurate, and efficient service in the photo department, including digital passport photo services and promotion of photo products and services.
• Processes transactions accurately, including purchases, returns, refunds, exchanges, and rain checks, with cash handling procedures.
• Owns inventory, supplies, organization, and readiness of the photo department, monitors inventory levels and maintains records.
• Fulfills photo, online, and web pickup orders with timeliness and accuracy.
• Provides customer support for FedEx, Western Union, and other services while ensuring policy compliance.
• Maintains photo equipment and store systems to support operations and troubleshooting.
• Maintains a clean, safe, and merchandised photo department and supports merchandising and seasonal setups.
• Supports cross-training and development of team members for photo department operations.
• Follows policies, asset protection standards, and regulatory requirements for a safe environment.
• Collaborates with team members and completes additional assignments to support business objectives.
