Job summary

Walgreens photo department is seeking a team member to deliver expert photo services, digital passport photos, and support for transactions at the checkout. You will own inventory and ensure product availability while promoting photo products and assisting customers for a seamless experience.

Responsibilities include accurate cash handling, processing purchases, returns, and online orders, and collaborating with teammates to maintain a clean, safe department that aligns with store goals.

Qualifications

• Fluent in reading, writing and speaking English.
• Willingness to work a flexible schedule including evenings and weekends.
• Prefer six months of retail experience.
• Prefer experience with Walgreens.

Responsibilities

• Assist customers at the photo counter with warmth and purpose.
• Process transactions accurately, including returns and exchanges.
• Maintain photo department inventory and supplies.
• Promote photo products and services and support merchandising.
• Provide customer support for services like FedEx and Western Union.
• Maintain clean, safe, and organized department and operate store systems.
