Job summary

Walgreens is seeking a Photo Specialist to deliver a distinctive customer experience at the photo counter, providing expert photo services, digital passport photos, and support for checkout transactions and other services.

You will own the photo department's inventory and merchandising, process transactions, promote photo products, fulfill in-store and online orders, and collaborate with the team to maintain a clean, safe, and welcoming environment while meeting store goals.

Qualifications

• Must be fluent in reading, writing, and speaking English.
• Willingness to work flexible schedule, including evenings and weekend hours.
• Prefer six months of experience in a retail environment.
• Prefer prior Walgreens experience.

Responsibilities

• Provide courteous, friendly, accurate service at the photo counter and promote photo products and services.
• Process transactions accurately, including purchases, returns, refunds, exchanges, and rain checks, following cash handling procedures.
• Own the photo department inventory, supplies, organization, and merchandising, ensuring product availability and aligned with forecasted demand.
• Process and fulfill photo, online, and web pickup orders to deliver a seamless customer experience.
• Support photo and nearby departments in merchandising and display maintenance, seasonal setups, and inventory activity.
• Assist in cross-training team members to ensure coverage during Photo Specialist schedules.
• Follow policies and safety procedures to maintain a safe, compliant environment.
