Job summary

Walgreens is seeking a Photo Specialist to deliver expert photo services including digital passport photos and support for customer transactions at the checkout. You will own the photo department's inventory, ensure product availability, and promote photo products while delivering a safe, clean, and customer‑oriented environment.

Duties include assisting customers, processing transactions, and supporting merchandising and cross‑training.

Qualifications

Must be fluent in reading, writing, and speaking English.
Requires willingness to work flexible schedule, including evenings and weekend hours.

Responsibilities

Engages customers at the photo counter with warmth and purpose to provide personalized products and services.
Models customer-obsessed behavior and service best practices across the team.
Delivers courteous, accurate, and efficient service in the photo department.
Recommends products, services, upgrades, and companion items to meet customer needs.
Processes transactions accurately, including purchases, returns, refunds, exchanges, and rain checks.
Maintains inventory levels and ensures product availability in the photo department.
Supports photo and nearby departments in merchandising execution and seasonal setups.
Collaborates with team members and completes assignments to support business objectives.
