• Processes transactions accurately, including purchases, returns, refunds, and exchanges, adheres to cash handling procedures.
• Owns inventory, supplies, organization, and operational readiness of the photo department by monitoring inventory levels and ensuring product availability.
• Provides customer support for services such as FedEx, Western Union, and online orders, while ensuring policy compliance.
• Maintains a clean, organized, safe, and well-merchandised photo department and supports store appearance.
