Triumph in West Palm Beach is actively hiring a Phone Sales Representative for a salary/base plus uncapped commissions, with weekly pay and a structured daytime schedule. The role offers an in-office, full-time environment with significant earning potential and clear growth prospects.

You will build and manage your own book of business, consistently meet quotas, and collaborate with managers to refine scripts and strategies while closing high-ticket deals.

Formación

• 1–2 years of phone/inside sales experience required.

Are you an experienced Phone Sales Representative who thrives on closing deals and earning uncapped commissions? We are a rapidly growing firm in the (rare coin amp; collectibles) vertical actively hiring a select group of high-performing sales professionals in the West Palm Beach area. This is a Salary/Base plus Commission , full-time, in-office sales role with unlimited earning potential (build your own quot;Book of Clientsquot;) real career growth, and one of the best work schedules!

Responsibilities:

• Build and manage your own book of business (client portfolio)
• Consistently meet or exceed sales quotas.
• Must be Self-Motivated, have a Great Work Ethic, and MUST remain Teachable.
• Work closely with Sales Managers to refine sales strategies amp; scripts.
• Make outbound/inbound calls and close high-ticket deals

Qualifications:

• 1–2 years of phone sales/inside sales experience (REQUIRED)
• Proven ability to close deals over the phone.
• Strong negotiation, objection handling, and closing skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

• Weekly Pay, Daily amp; Weekly Cash Bonuses (Spiffs).
• Year 1 (OTE): $72,000–$150,000+
• Clear path to 6-figure+ income (Year 1)
