Job summary

The Wood Agency Life is seeking an Inside Sales professional for a 100% remote, independent-contractor role focused on life insurance sales. You will schedule appointments, discover client needs, and present carrier options to guide families through the application and policy-issue process.

You should be able to log all interactions in the CRM, stay current on product details and state rules, and work without direct supervision.

Qualifications

• Inside sales experience and ability to manage a pipeline.
• Experience in account management or business development is a plus.
• Willingness to work remotely and handle compliance requirements.

Who this is a fit for

• Inside sales, account management, or business development experience
• Comfortable working a pipeline and following up without a manager prompting you
• Able to explain a product someone has never bought before
• A state life insurance license, or a plan to sit the exam before your first sale
• Equipped for fully remote work: computer, phone, and reliable internet
• At least 18 and legally authorized to work in the United States
