Job summary

The Wood Agency Life is looking for an Inside Sales specialist to work remotely from anywhere in the United States. You will manage a sales pipeline, schedule phone/video appointments, and present life insurance options from multiple carriers.

This is a 1099 independent contractor role with mentorship from Ben and Andrea, focused on compliant, client-centered service. Responsibilities include completing applications during calls, guiding cases to issue, and documenting every step in the CRM.

Qualifications

• Inside sales experience with pipeline management.
• Ability to explain a product and compare multiple carriers.

• Authorized to work in the United States and age 18+.

What you'll actually do

Who this is a fit for

• Inside sales, account management, or business development experience
• Comfortable working a pipeline and following up without a manager prompting you
• Able to explain a product someone has never bought before
• A state life insurance license, or a plan to sit the exam before your first sale
• Equipped for fully remote work: computer, phone, and reliable internet
• At least 18 and legally authorized to work in the United States
