Job summary

The Wood Agency Life is seeking an experienced inside sales professional for a 100% remote, 1099 independent-contractor role focused on selling life insurance by building and managing a robust pipeline. You will schedule calls, present options from multiple carriers, and complete applications during the call.

You’ll track every interaction in the CRM and stay updated on product details and state insurance rules.

Qualifications

• Inside sales role focused on building a sales pipeline and closing cases.
• Must have or plan to obtain a state life insurance license before first sale.
• Fully remote contractors; 1099 earnings with carrier comparison.

What you'll actually do

Who this is a fit for

• Inside sales, account management, or business development experience
• Comfortable working a pipeline and following up without a manager prompting you
• Able to explain a product someone has never bought before
• A state life insurance license, or a plan to sit the exam before your first sale
• Equipped for fully remote work: computer, phone, and reliable internet
• At least 18 and legally authorized to work in the United States
