Job summary

The Wood Agency Life is seeking an experienced inside sales professional for a 100% remote, 1099 independent-contractor life insurance sales role. You will manage a pipeline, schedule appointments by phone and video, and guide clients through from discovery to policy issue.

You will work with 43 carriers, benefit from exclusive lead systems, and participate in weekly team calls, ride-alongs, and mentorship from Ben and Andrea, who run the agency.

Qualifications

• Inside sales, account management, or business development experience.
• Able to work a pipeline and follow up without prompting.
• State life insurance license or plan to sit the exam before your first sale.

Who this is a fit for

• Equipped for fully remote work: computer, phone, and reliable internet
• At least 18 and legally authorized to work in the United States
