Job summary

The Wood Agency Life is seeking an Inside Sales professional for a 100% remote, 1099 independent-contractor life insurance sales role. You will help families who have shown interest in coverage.

You’ll schedule back-to-back appointments by phone and video, present options across carriers, and complete applications on the call while logging every step in the CRM. You’ll stay updated on product details and state insurance rules, all from a remote home office.

Qualifications

• Inside sales experience and ability to manage a pipeline.
• Comfort with remote selling and independent-contractor setup.
• Ability to explain life insurance products clearly.
• Legally authorized to work in the United States.
• State life insurance license or plan to obtain one.

Who this is a fit for

• Able to explain a product someone has never bought before
• A state life insurance license, or a plan to sit the exam before your first sale
• Equipped for fully remote work: computer, phone, and reliable internet
• At least 18 and legally authorized to work in the United States
