Job summary

The Wood Agency Life is hiring for a 1099 independent-contractor inside sales role focused on life insurance. You will schedule phone and video appointments, discover client needs, and present multiple carrier options.

You will complete applications during calls and guide cases through underwriting to policy issue. You must work remotely from the United States, maintain CRM logs, and stay current on product details and state insurance rules.

• Inside sales, account management, or business development experience.
• Able to explain a product to someone new to it.
• Comfortable working fully remote as a 1099 contractor.

Who this is a fit for

• A state life insurance license, or a plan to sit the exam before your first sale
• Equipped for fully remote work: computer, phone, and reliable internet
• At least 18 and legally authorized to work in the United States
