Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year retail lending sales experience with goals.
• Proficiency with loan origination software and basic office tools.

Responsibilities

• Identify members' financial needs and recommend products.
• Input loan applications via online or calls.
• Maintain excellent member service and follow up.
• Cross-sell deposit products and other services.
• Collaborate with mortgage, investment, and Private Member Group teams.
