Job summary

MiTek Corporation is seeking an experienced Warranty Repair Technician for their Phoenix, AZ location. The candidate will diagnose and repair products while providing exceptional customer service. The role requires strong communication and organizational skills, some technical training in electronics, and a high school diploma or equivalent.

This position is full-time and on-site, five days a week. Applicants must be authorized to work in the United States and have the ability to perform physical tasks related to the job.

Qualifications

• Some technical training in basic electronics or equivalent.
• Experience in Supervisory/Leadership Roles is a plus.
• Experience in Customer Service is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Diagnose and provide quality repair services to customers.
• Read and interpret blueprints and schematics.
• Perform routine diagnostic tests and repairs on products.
• Customer service via phone, email, and in person.
• File and maintain service records as required.
