Qualifications

• Some technical training in basic electronics or equivalent.
• Experience in Supervisory/Leadership Roles a plus.
• Experience in Customer Service a plus.

Responsibilities

• Diagnose and provide quality repair services to MiTek customers.
• Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and test procedures.
• Perform routine diagnostic tests and repairs on products.

Skills

Basic understanding of MS Office programs (Word, Excel, and Outlook)

Ability to troubleshoot electronic failures

Ability to use hand tools and soldering for repair

Ability to read blueprints and schematics

Knowledge of Shipping/Warehouse procedures

Education

High school or its equivalent
