Sogeti, part of the Capgemini Group, is seeking a high-energy Senior Account Leader in the greater Phoenix area to grow enterprise client relationships, present innovative strategies, and drive profitable engagements across delivery and sales.

You will lead cross-functional teams, coordinate to align delivery with sales, and engage C-level executives to reinforce value, expand partnerships, and deliver measurable business outcomes.

Qualifications

• At least 10 years managing High Growth accounts with $10M+ new business.
• Experience in both sales and delivery, ensuring pipeline aligns with delivery success.
• 10+ years working with nearshore and offshore teams for collaboration.
• Accountable for revenue and profit growth with measurable outcomes.
• Ability to forge partnerships and leverage alliances for growth.
• Proven track record of client satisfaction and growth with executive engagement at C-level.
• Leadership across IT domains coordinating resources and ensuring productivity and quality.
• Experience managing contracts, pricing, profitability, internal revenue and forecasting.
• Collaborate with sales to develop proposals and strategic presentations.
• Stay ahead of industry trends to sell innovative, fit-for-purpose solutions.

• Lead growth and evolution of multiple client relationships in a matrixed environment.
