Job summary

FARHA ROOFING is seeking a Residential Roofing Sales & Project Manager in Phoenix to grow the local market. This commission‑based role offers high earning potential with transparent payments and a supportive family-centered culture.

You will own client relationships from first contact to final payment, coordinating with crews and vendors to ensure quality work on schedule. The ideal candidate will have roofing or in-home/outside sales experience, strong communication, and a proven sales track

Qualifications

• Residential roofing or in-home/outside sales experience preferred.
• Proven ability to prospect, build trust, follow up, and close sales.
• Strong communication, organization, and customer-service skills; comfortable using a smartphone and basic computer applications.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and inspect roofs safely.

Responsibilities

• Generate residential roofing opportunities through canvassing, referrals, networking, and self-generated leads.
• Inspect roofs, identify customer needs, and present clear repair or replacement options.
• Serve as the homeowner’s primary point of contact from initial consultation through project completion and final payment.
• Prepare proposals and project documentation, then coordinate with production teams, vendors and subcontractors to deliver quality work on schedule.
• Manage project details, budgets, change orders, customer communication, and collections from start to finish.
