This role combines sales leadership and project management: you’ll prospect, develop and maintain client relationships; lead projects from start to finish; coordinate with estimators, crews and vendors; and ensure profitability, quality and customer satisfaction.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in commercial low-slope roofing.
• Strong sales and project management record.
• Knowledge of commercial construction markets (property management, insurance, REITs, etc.).
• Excellent communication, organization, and follow-through.

Responsabilités

• Prospect, develop, and maintain strong commercial client relationships
• Lead roofing projects from start to finish—sales through final completion
• Serve as the main point of contact for clients and project stakeholders
• Coordinate with estimators, crews, vendors, and internal operations
• Ensure job quality, profitability, and customer satisfaction
• Track and manage budgets, timelines, and documentation
