Job summary

SCIEX, a Danaher operating company, is recruiting a Field Service Engineer to install, maintain, and repair LCMS and related instrumentation at internal and external sites, including strategic accounts. Travel up to 50% domestically/internationally may be required.

Eligible for remote work arrangements where allowed. Qualified candidates will have an Associate/Bachelor in Life Sciences or Engineering and 5+ years of LCMS or capillary electrophoresis experience, plus driver’s license and ability

Qualifications

• Requires Associate degree or Bachelor's in Life Sciences, Chemistry, Engineering or equivalent.
• At least 5 years LCMS or capillary electrophoresis experience.
• Experience servicing mass spectrometry or scientific instrumentation preferred.
• Must meet Vendor Credentialing requirements.

Responsibilities

• Install, repair and maintain mass spectrometers, HPLC and/or capillary electrophoresis instrumentation.
• Provide qualifications services and customer training; ensure customer satisfaction at strategic accounts.
• Complete administration duties such as logging service activities, expense reporting and inventory management.
