Job summary
SCIEX, a Danaher operating company, is seeking an LC/MS Service Trainer to develop and deliver workflow-based LC/MS training for the global service workforce. This onsite role in Marlborough, MA, strengthens field readiness and troubleshooting capabilities across instrumentation, software, and workflows.

Qualifications
- 3+ years hands-on LC/MS experience including maintenance, troubleshooting, and customer support.
- 1+ year creating training materials and learning content.
- Experience supporting analytical workflows across LC/MS platforms.
- Experience delivering technical training programs (instructor-led, virtual, hands-on).
- Proven ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams.
Responsibilities
- Develop and deliver LC/MS workflow training programs for Field Service Engineers.
- Create learning experiences through instructor-led, virtual, and hands-on formats.
- Strengthen troubleshooting capabilities through training on instrumentation and software.
- Design curricula and learning resources to support field readiness.
- Partner with Global Service Support to improve training and knowledge transfer.
