Job summary

Tangent Technologies, LLC. in Phoenix, AZ is seeking a Regional Territory Manager to drive revenue growth across the assigned territory. You will lead outside sales efforts, manage the CRM, and collaborate with internal teams to deliver exceptional customer experiences.

You will leverage knowledge of Tangent products and value proposition to expand legacy and new partnerships in Outdoor Living and other segments, traveling up to 70% and presenting solutions to diverse clients.

Qualifications

• 2–5+ years of related professional experience, preferably outside sales experience B2B, B2C.
• Direct Plastic and/or Building Products Industry sales experience preferred.
• Experience using CRM systems to manage pipeline and forecast sales.

Responsibilities

• Exhibit strong proficiency in customer engagement and relationship building.
• Develop and execute strategic plan for assigned territory and review quarterly with leadership.
• Drive and achieve commercial objectives within the territory.
• Engage with clients through strategic account planning from lead to closing and retention.
• Build and maintain a qualified opportunity pipeline with clear objectives.
• Monitor market trends and competitors to strengthen Tangent’s value proposition.
• Deliver professional presentations of products and services to customers to drive revenue growth.
• Troubleshoot customer issues and coordinate with internal teams for win-win resolutions.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with stakeholders to align priorities and objectives.
