• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field.
• 7+ years of progressive sales experience including multi-store leadership.
• Proven track record managing P&L and driving results across locations.
• Creativity, judgment, and latitude with a results-driven approach.
• Strong leadership and presentation skills; performance management.

Responsibilities

• Lead and direct the sales organization across five Phoenix-area stores to achieve sales, margin, and profitability goals.
• Hire, train, and coach General Managers and store teams; monitor performance against standards.
• Forecast requirements, manage annual budget, analyze variances, and take corrective action.
• Review market performance and communicate data-driven direction to General Managers.
• Design sales programs and set short- and long-term market strategies with SVP of Sales.
• Ensure exceptional customer experience and partner with Operations on logistics and inventory.
